The Balm in Gilead is rooted in promoting health and wellness through the African-American spiritual community, and has done so for over 30 years. Their Healthy Churches Conference is an annual flagship event, bringing together churches, performers, and sponsors from around the world to deliver on their mission. HWA was tasked to design and build the conference website and provide technical consultation in the face of rapidly-changing circumstances due to the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020.
